The cleanliness of the room surprised me, as it was
spotless and well-maintained for a motel. I was impressed with the updates made by the new owners. However, the exterior could use some sprucing up, and the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.

Had a generally decent experience. the room was clean and beds were comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. However, found myself dealing with several maintenance issues and a noisy environment that disrupted sleep. Overall, it could use some serious upgrades to enhance the experience.

The room was surprisingly spacious, and we loved lounging by the sun terrace after a long day of exploring. It was nice to enjoy the sun loungers, but the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times. If you're here, definitely check out the local restaurants for some tasty meals! 😊

I enjoyed the beautiful decor in the lobby, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly helpful without being intrusive, and the accessibility features made navigating the hotel easy for seniors like me.
Better maintenance of common areas needed for safety.

OMG, if you're a foodie like me, you've gotta hit up El Paraiso Mexican Restaurant – their Manchego ratatouille was a game-changer! Plus, the nearby Sonic Drive-In is great for those late-night cravings. And bonus points for being a quick drive to the action!
But let's be real, the front desk staff was exceptionally rude, leaving a sour taste. The landscaping looked like a dumpster dive—seriously, there were dirty diapers outside our room! And that shower? The temperature markers were backwards—total head-scratcher! 0/10, would NOT recommend.

perfectly situated for city strolls and park views
During my stay, I appreciated how close the hotel was to the Two Rivers Ruidoso River Park, where I enjoyed peaceful walks alongside the river, as well as the convenient distance to the Hubbard Museum of the American West, which was a fantastic spot to explore local history.

The stay was quite disappointing overall. The room was not well-maintained. I noticed a cracked sink and the AC cover was just lying on the floor. The cleanliness was a big concern, as I hesitated to even try the breakfast due to hygiene worries. On a brighter note, I enjoyed watching my favorite show, Friends, during my downtime, which was one of the few highlights of the stay.

Clean room, but needs work
I stayed one night in a King room. The bed was super comfy and the room was pretty clean, which was great. The outside looked nice, def way better than before! But man, the heater was barely working and it got chilly at night. Definitely glad we stayed though.
